Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer, you are the first point of contact for customers and partners with functional and technical questions. Thanks to your professional skills and knowledge of the Thinkwise Platform, you can understand and answer questions efficiently and effectively. You independently resolve first- and second-line incidents and know when to involve colleagues for more complex issues. You work intensively with colleagues from Product Innovation and strive to handle all incoming queries to the satisfaction of the customer or partner.

Your responsibilities 

• Answer and resolve functional and technical queries.
• Independently resolve first- and second-line incidents.
• Transfer more complex incidents to appropriate colleagues.
• Proactively inform customers and partners of updates and notifications.
• Accurately recording information in ticket and support systems.

• Minimum 1 year experience in an (IT) helpdesk environment with demonstrable affinity for IT. 
• Communicative skills in both Dutch and English. 
• Customer-oriented, patient and able to maintain trust when resolving incidents. 
• Flexible in behaviour and able to quickly switch between different tasks and customers. 
• You have a proactive attitude and know how to work independently.
