Learning & Development Specialist

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you are responsible for developing and maintaining our training programs and modules.

To ensure that (new) users and partners can gain knowledge about the Thinkwise development platform, various training sessions and eLearning modules have been developed by the University. This provides a high-quality learning experience about the Thinkwise platform. To stay up-to-date, we develop these trainings and modules at the same high pace as the releases of our platform.

Your responsibilities

• Identifying learning needs and setting learning objectives.
• Contributing to the development of various courses and modules and managing (content) in our LMS.
• Contributing to certification, creating learning materials for classroom training, and training trainers.

To begin with, you have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. You are a team player and show initiative and creativity in creating a suitable learning experience that meets the needs of the target audience. You are also motivated to learn the Thinkwise Platform yourself, so you can optimally contribute to our educational materials with this knowledge.

In addition:

• You have completed a relevant HBO/WO level education (e.g., Educational Science).
• You have didactic insight and strong analytical skills.
• You have demonstrable experience in developing courses and modules.
• You have demonstrable experience with Articulate, aNewSpring, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch.
