Are you interested in learning and development and looking to start your career in Learning & Development? With us, you will have the opportunity to develop and manage training programs and eLearning modules. You will become familiar with the Thinkwise development platform and help users and partners to make the most of it.


As a Junior Learning & Development Specialist, you will support the process of keeping our training programs and modules up-to-date. You will collaborate with our experienced team, continuously gaining new insights and further developing your skills.

Your responsibilities

  • Assisting in identifying learning needs and formulating learning objectives.
  • Supporting the development of courses and modules and managing content in our LMS.
  • Contributing to certification processes and assisting in creating materials for classroom training.
  • Supporting trainer training and being involved in various learning projects.

Job requirements

To start with, you have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. You are a team player who shows initiative and creativity in creating suitable learning experiences that align with the target audience. You are also motivated to learn the Thinkwise Platform so that you can optimally contribute to our training materials.

In addition:

  • A completed Bachelor's degree (for example, in Educational Science or a similar field).
  • Interest in didactics and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch.
  • Experience in developing courses and eLearning is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with software such as Articulate, aNewSpring, and Adobe Creative Cloud is also an advantage.

  • Salary indication: € 3211,- / € 4070,- per month based on a full-time workweek.
