At Thinkwise, our mission is to empower businesses to break free from outdated software and systems. Our Thinkwise platform is designed to end the cycle of legacy software by providing a future-proof, low-code solution for all businesses. We regularly update and improve our platform to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.

As Junior Technical Writer at the Academy, you are part of the Documentation team, where you will write and develop high-quality, structured information about the Thinkwise platform. With this information, you facilitate software developers, partners, and prospects who want to learn, understand, and work with our products and services. You will write and publish version release blogs to keep our customers informed on the latest developments. To ensure that our customers can work with these new features, you will make additions, changes, and improvements to the Thinkwise documentation.

You collaborate with our software developers on a daily basis to get correct and complete information. This requires you to be inquisitive, empathetic, analytical and precise. Because we work with multiple products, such as Indicium, the Universal UI, and the Software Factory, you need to be organized, adaptable, and driven to meet release deadlines. Being observant and detail-oriented is necessary to ensure clear, concise, accurate, and unambiguous documentation.

Skills and attributes

·       Experience or strong interest in technical writing and documentation

·       Bachelor’s degree level (or equivalent to Dutch HBO) in Communications, Technical Writing, or related (technical) field

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in US English

·       Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts

·       Comfortable working in a scrum-based, dynamic environment

·       Eager to learn, adapt, and grow within the role

·       Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

·       Passion for learning and continuous improvement

·       Key traits: analytical, inquisitive, organized, collaborative, precise, detail-oriented, adaptable, empathetic, observant, driven

·       Salary indication: € 3.265,- to € 4.850,- gross per month based on a 40-hour contract (full-time).

Introductie

Eerste gesprek

Tijdens het eerste gesprek met de manager en recruiter gaan we kijken of het van beide kanten klikt.
