Junior React Developer

As a Junior React Developer, you will collaborate with the Front-end team to develop the Thinkwise Platform. You will support the team in delivering and optimizing platform features used by thousands of users. The Front-end team uses the latest technologies to develop an abstract cross-platform GUI for desktop, web, and mobile. During runtime, the GUI dynamically builds the user interface based on the end application's model.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on developing and implementing user-friendly technical solutions in an agile environment.

• Learn to investigate technical issues and systematically solve them within the team.

• Contribute to Thinkwise’s innovative development environment by sharing new ideas.

• Assist in creating features and fixing bugs.

We are looking for someone enthusiastic about developing exciting functionalities, learning from colleagues, and growing as a developer.

In addition, you have:

• You have a relevant degree in higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s), such as Computer Science or Software Engineering.

• You have some experience with JavaScript (e.g., ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, gained through internships, projects, or part-time jobs.

• You’re interested in working with React (experience is a plus but not required).

• You enjoy working in a team and thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• You have good written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
