As a Team Manager Support, you lead the support team and make a significant operational contribution within the team. You divide your time between management and operational tasks. This means that you are not only in contact with the team but also with our customers.

Your responsibilities

  • You support and guide team members in their professional development.

  • You monitor and improve the team's performance.

  • You define and achieve team and departmental goals.

  • You contribute operationally to the team by analyzing, reproducing, and resolving incidents.

  • You contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring high levels of satisfaction with the support services.

Job requirements

We are looking for a Team Manager Support or an experienced support engineer who wants to take a step into a leadership role and further develop the team to improve processes and tools, as well as to professionalize the ticketing system built with Thinkwise Software.

In addition:

  • Minimum of a higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a software or application support environment.

  • Knowledge of SQL for SQL Server.

  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work under pressure.
