Are you a creative and driven UI/UX Designer looking to make an impact? As a UI/UX Designer at Thinkwise, you are the one who will elevate the user experience of our platform to the next level.

Job description

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Thinkwise, you are responsible for the user-friendliness of our platform. Together with the Product Manager, you represent our users: the Application Developers in our Software Factory and the end users in the Universal GUI. With your UI/UX expertise and user research, you are an indispensable link in the Product Discovery, Design, and Delivery process. Since developers build unique applications with our platform, and part of the UI is built in a model-driven way, you play a crucial role in establishing and promoting usability best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs for new features and improvements to our platform.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Software Developers to test and implement designs.
  • Establish, apply, and promote usability best practices within our platform toward Application Developers.

Job requirements

  • A strong interest in understanding our end users of the Platform.
  • Analytical skills to translate user insights into actionable solutions for our Thinkwise Platform.
  • Proven experience in UI/UX Design and an impressive portfolio that showcases your design process and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • A drive to make a visible impact on our platform and bring joy to our end users.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch.
